Kolokoko Bird!
@KolokokoBird@social.chinwag.org  ·  activity timestamp 3 weeks ago

Yesterday, in a moment of weakness, I bought 50 daffodil bulbs and 3 frittilaria bulbs. Today, in a moment of absolute determination, I planted them all.

These are to replace the bad idea bulbs, which seem to have vanished, anyway.

@KolokokoBird Bulbs do not vanish. They rot in summer if the ground is not permanently dry.

@Irisfreundin Well, the bulbs that no longer exist had a different problem.

But anyway, you don't have squirrels, do you?

@KolokokoBird There are squirrels out here. But they don't cause problems.

@KolokokoBird you'll be so happy in the spring! I love planting huge batches of bulbs.
