"Analysing ClickFix Attacks"
https://thehackernews.com/2025/10/analysing-clickfix-3-reasons-why.html

I've seen this kind of attack change the the HotKey instructions based on what OS is detected in the browser user-agent, covering #Windows🪟, #MacOS🍎 & #Linux🐧.

The Computer Illiterates or Luddites as I call them need to learn or stop using #Computer #Technology as they are the weak link in #Tech.
They are dumb & overly trusting.
The line "I don't want to learn, I just want it work" is getting old.

Analysing ClickFix: 3 Reasons Why Copy/Paste Attacks Are Driving Security Breaches

ClickFix attacks use fake CAPTCHAs and clipboard scripts to bypass detection and compromise endpoints.
A satirical PSA-style image framed inside a vintage 1980s woodgrain CRT television. At the top, bold white text reads “THIS IS YOUR BRAIN” above a hand holding a whole, uncracked egg. Below, a frying pan on a stovetop contains a sunny-side-up egg with a glowing neon-green skull made of code fragments in place of the yolk. The skull has distinct eye sockets, nose cavity, and teeth, and its radioactive glow spills onto the egg white and pan. At the bottom, bold white text states “THIS IS YOUR BRAIN ON COPY-PASTE.” The warm kitchen lighting contrasts with the eerie green glow, blending retro PSA aesthetics with a computer-tech warning.
