On 22.10.25, Haneen sent me a picture of Kosha from the market.

She told me it's Palestinian sweets and it has many names: Kosha (called like this in Khan Younis), Shatawi (which means winter if I'm not mistaken?) and Ras el-Abd.

After some research, in English it can be described as "chocolate-coated marshmallow treats" or "chocolate teacakes" - French name would be "tΓͺte au chocolat"

Several rows of Kosha sweets. A Kosha is plain biscuits with cream in the middle and covered by chocolate. It kinda looks like a small cylindrical mountain.
