@strk@floss.social threaded views exist in many ActivityPub software already, including Lemmy, Piefed, mbin, and NodeBB (though that last one is a linear view.)

@strk@floss.social NodeBB is installable via PWA. I'm using it as an app on my phone right now via Chrome. Push notifications included.
