Report: The US's coordination centre* has designed a so-called "planned community" for Gazans.
A 1 sq km site in Rafah city is already being prepared.
The community would contain & control Gazans "through biometric surveillance, checkpoints, monitoring of purchases, & educational programs promoting normalization with Israel."
