The computer museum in my garage has a new entry. Sadly, my mid-2010 iMac 27" had a hard disk failure. I was keeping this one alive to run Photoshop and Quickbooks, because I refuse to move to subscription software when these old versions do everything I need. It would have been nice it it had hung on for 6 more months and then we could have retired together. Fortunately I have an old 2013 Power Book that can get me through the final months.
My computer museum starts with an original IBM PC with no hard drive, which was my first work computer, and my Commodore 64 which was my first personal computer. Then a Mac 128 from 1984 and then a bunch of other Macs spanning the last 42 years.
