Is it illegal to warm up your car unattended before driving in Ohio?

According to the Ohio Revised Code, it is illegal to leave a motor vehicle unattended without:

Stopping the engine
Locking the ignition
Removing the key from the ignition
Setting the parking brake
Turning the front wheels to the curb or side of the highway (if parked on a slope)
