I just noticed something strange on #iOS: when I turn off my iPhone's Personal Hotspot setting "Allow Others to Connect", the network still shows up in my laptop's Wifi menu. When I connect on the laptop, it turns "Allow Others to Connect" back ON(?!). Surely that's not the intended behavior?
