Well, this appears to be a genuine picture, and I did find these shirts and hats available on the internet.
I wouldn't be too surprised if this is a thing. A lot of these folks voted for Obama in 2008 out of economic fear and a sense that Phil "Mental Recession" Gramm was maybe not going to care about them.
As Jess Piper says, it was never going to be the Epstein files that ends Trumpism. It was always going to be the economic pain.
