Sounds like Dr Oz is wanting to setup "health panels," probably AI, to examine medical records. Even though not mentioned, and supposedly talking about the ACA, he veered off and this is targeting #disabled people, not the otherwise insured.

2/ Dr Oz thinks it is evidence of Medicaid and Medicare fraud that some Medicare and Medicaid spending per year is supportive services, like medications, and not doctor's appointments. It makes no sense. He is a bonehead.

I have Parkinson's Plus, multiple system atrophy. My medical records will show that most of my spending is medications and supportive services, and my appointments with doctors are few per year. Why, because in the early days of my illness, that is when all the appointments for dx happened.
