I don't know how many inches of rain has fallen in the past 24 to 36 hours, it's a lot.
Ohio River is still under flood level. We'll see how long that lasts after an entire week of rain.

Looks like the Ohio River raised 4.5 feet in the past 24-hours, much faster than predicted
The river went up 4.5 feet in less than 24 hours and that exceeded the forecast initially put out by the NWS. #Ohio #Weather

@EugestShirley Not at all in danger. I am on the ridge. Major flooding ends at our property line but the ridge protects us. It would have to be river flooding of Biblical proportions for us to get it.
River water frequently gets to it though. As you can see from this view out our back window, the ridge we are on is a couple stories high. Second image shows a red line at the elevation of our home up on the ridge.
Our danger is flash flooding.
