Installing a new iPhone for wifey.

Anyone have an idea how the 🤬 the Facebook App knows that Instagram has been installed, including the username & Instagram knows that W/App is installed? And how the 🤬 W/App knows the phone number of the device?

All while App Tracking Transparency is set to not allow this? Did I miss something somewhere or has Meta found a way to circumvent the protections?
