Growing up with Windows, the first thing I did was make the folders yellow. I’m also curious to try Apple’s container framework and see whether it can replace Colima. And I want to play with the new ASIF disk image format.
That said, as expected, I really dislike the UI overall: smushy icons, menu icon overload, floating sidebars, inconsistent corner radii, and this general blurriness everywhere. I really hope they clean some of this up with macOS 27.

Interesting interaction of #LiquidGlass’ tab bar with other tabs with large text.
Apparently it doesn’t sample the entire button group as a whole, but each button separately, which leads to some labels really butting up against each other 🙃 #iOS26 #localization

OK, we made it there and back again, before any weather issues... It was exactly what I thought the indicator that caps log was on was illegible for her. So after pressing caps lock to turn it off, she's all set for logging back in. #liquidGlass #apple
Ok, I have to say that #liquidGlass is a safety hazard. My elderly mother-in-law has locked up her mac because she should not see that she has Caps lock (my guess) enabled on her keyboard. We will now be driving over to her place before the ice storm coming in, to make sure she can use her computer. Wish me luck #apple
