Is there a way to set up a self-hosted websearch with RAG that let's me search across a small subset of websites?

Usecase: I want to get an overview over all events (concerts, conferences, small gatherings, etc) in my home town. Atm there's no single portal that covers everything, and I have to search manually across 5-10 websites.

(Yes, I've tried RSS-generators, but they are very cumbersome to work with)
