In my hometown of The Hague, there’s a hidden garden (Emma's Hofje) where a tiny wooden tea house hides behind the trees and bushes. Inside lives a witch who bakes irresistible cookies made from disobedient children. But she also offers another variety, crafted from despicable adults. Those are my favorites.
