Yet another video of the ICE murder of #AlexPretti.
Mr. Pretti did have a licensed gun, though he did not draw it. An #ICE thug took the gun from his holster (as best as anyone can tell from the video), and as he was walking away with Pretti's gun, he accidentally? fired it into the ground, immediately followed by the other ICE thugs shooting Pretti.

Here is another video of ICE murdering #AlexPretti. From this angle, you can clearly see that the only thing Mr. Pretti is holding is a phone in his right hand. His left hand is empty.
The only thing Alex Pretti did was try and protect a woman that an ICE thug had violently shoved to the ground. He didn't even grab the ICE thug, just tried to get between the thug and the woman.
